Kajabi

Add ProductLense to a Kajabi site through the header page scripts setting, and attribute sales when Kajabi charges through your own Stripe account.

Kajabi has one site-wide field for scripts in the page head. ProductLense goes there, and runs on your website pages and landing pages.

Add the script

  1. In Kajabi, open Settings → Site Details and find Header page scripts.
  2. Paste the two tags below. Replace SITE_ID with the id from Settings → Sites in the ProductLense dashboard.
  3. Save.
Header page scripts
<script>window.productlense=window.productlense||function(){(window.productlense.q=window.productlense.q||[]).push(arguments)}</script>
<script defer data-site="SITE_ID" src="https://api.productlense.app/a.js"></script>

Add your Kajabi domain (for example example.mykajabi.com) and your custom domain, if you use one, to the site's hostnames in the ProductLense dashboard.

Revenue

Kajabi payments are processed through Kajabi Payments, Stripe or PayPal. If your Kajabi account uses your own Stripe account, connect Stripe to ProductLense and payments are attributed to the visitors who bought. ProductLense has no Kajabi connector, so payments that do not go through a Stripe account you own are not imported; you can send them with the Payment API from an automation.

Buyers are matched to visitors by the email on the Stripe customer, so the match works when the same email was sent with identify earlier, for example from a page of yours that a signup or opt-in form leads to: window.productlense('identify', email, { email: email }). See Identify users.

Verify your installation

  1. Open your Kajabi site in a normal browser window, logged out of Kajabi.
  2. Open the Live page in the ProductLense dashboard. Your visit appears within a few seconds.
  3. In the browser's developer tools, the Network tab shows a POST to https://api.productlense.app/api/e with status 204.

If the visit does not appear, follow Verify your installation.
