Wrong address?

What founders ask before they add the script.

Something else? Write to us and a person replies.

Which plan should I choose?

Start on Free to install the script: 10k events a month, one site, goals, no card. Starter at $19 adds revenue by channel from one billing provider, funnels, visitor journeys and three sites. Growth at $49 adds profit per channel, cohorts, every billing connection and ten sites. Scale at $149 adds unlimited sites and server-side API keys. Team members are unlimited on every plan.

What counts as an event?

Every pageview and every custom event counts as one event, including identify, outbound link and file download events. Events are counted per account across all of its sites each calendar month. Payments read from your billing provider and the ad spend rows you enter or import never count as events, so revenue data is free on every paid plan.

What happens if I go over my plan’s events?

Paid plans keep recording up to twice your events and never lock your reports. We email you at 80%, 100% and 150% with the plan that fits. Past twice the plan, new events are dropped for the rest of the month and the owner is emailed. Free stops recording at 110%. Nothing is billed automatically for overage.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. Free covers 10k events a month on one site with unlimited team members, cookieless analytics, goals, 30 days of history and unlimited Ask questions. You sign in with your email and never enter a card. It has no billing connection, so revenue by channel starts on Starter and profit per channel on Growth.

Is ProductLense GDPR compliant without a cookie banner?

ProductLense sets no cookies, writes nothing to the visitor’s browser and never stores IP addresses; visitors are counted with a hash that uses a salt rotated daily. Most sites therefore run it without a consent banner. We act as processor under a DPA and keep raw events for 90 days. Your other scripts decide whether you still need a banner.

Can I track revenue without a supported billing provider?

Yes. Send each payment from your server to the payments API with an API key, including the amount, currency, fee and the user id you passed to identify. ProductLense attributes it exactly like a payment read from Stripe or Paddle. API keys are on the Scale plan; every other plan can use one of the ten built-in connections.

Which billing providers does ProductLense work with?

Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Polar, Dodo Payments, Razorpay, Chargebee, Shopify, Gumroad and Creem, plus a payments API for anything else. Each connection uses a read-only key, backfills 12 months of payments and stays current through signed webhooks and a nightly reconcile. Starter includes one connection; Growth and Scale include all of them at once.

Does ProductLense work on WordPress, Webflow, Framer or Shopify?

Yes. Anywhere you can add a script tag to the page head, ProductLense works: WordPress through a header snippet, Webflow and Framer through their custom code settings, Shopify through the theme layout, and any site through a Google Tag Manager Custom HTML tag. Each install guide shows exactly where the tag goes and how to check that visits arrive.

Can one site cover subdomains and several domains?

Yes. Add every hostname to the site in Settings → Sites; an entry like *.example.com admits the apex and every subdomain. Visitors are counted with a daily hash of the site, IP address and user agent rather than a cookie, so someone moving from example.com to app.example.com on the same day counts as one visitor.

How long does ProductLense keep my data?

Every report is kept for the life of the site as daily totals that never expire: traffic, sources, goals, revenue, profit, bounce rate and session time. Your plan sets how far back you see: 30 days on Free, 12 months on Starter, no limit on Growth and Scale. Raw events last 90 days and funnels and journeys 25 months. Downgrading never deletes anything. Data stays in Germany.

Can my team use the same account?

Yes, on every plan, Free included: team members are unlimited and cost nothing extra. The account owner invites teammates by email with owner, admin or member roles. Admins manage sites, billing connections, ad spend and API keys; members read every dashboard. Removing someone takes away their access to every site in the account at once, and ownership can move to another admin.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. Export data in site settings downloads a zip of the site’s daily aggregates, its payments without customer names or emails, and its ad spend. Analytics data is purged within minutes of deleting a site or account, and always within 7 days; backup copies expire within 30 days. You do not need to contact us for either.

How is profit per channel calculated?

Revenue is what customers attributed to a channel paid, minus refunds and chargebacks, before processor fees. Profit is revenue minus fees minus that channel’s ad spend for the same period: $2,407 revenue − $152 fees − $1,518 ad spend = $737 profit. Every amount is converted to USD at the ECB rate for its date, and CAC, ROAS and payback sit beside it.

Who pays in INR?

Accounts registered in India are billed in INR: ₹999, ₹2,499 and ₹6,999 a month for Starter, Growth and Scale, with UPI and Indian cards. The country is detected once at signup. This site shows INR prices to visitors in India and USD to everyone else, and checkout always follows the country of the account.

How do I cancel?

Cancel or downgrade in the Dodo Payments customer portal, reached from Account → Invoices and payment method. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free and keeps its data. Your first payment on a paid plan can be refunded in full within 14 days.
